The purpose of this course is to provide additional skills and an invaluable insight into Crisis Management and responding to the needs of Families in Crisis. Students will be able to provide a duty of care to those families who have a loved one injured or killed.
This course aims to provide delegates with skills to engage and deliver difficult messages to distressed friends and relative. It will augment confidence allowing them to represent their organisation in a professional and responsive manner, mitigating the impact on those most in need of support. ChalMan Training will provide them with an understanding of the United Kingdom legal system to allow their actions to stand up to rigorous scrutiny, both morally and legally, within a Judicial Process/Enquiry.
The third module of the course will enhance the delegates ability to both respond and importantly, support fellow colleagues in times of crisis. During a critical incident staff will often be exposed to harrowing incidents and may witness first hand, death and destruction. ChalMan Training aim to provide delegates with both insight and resilience to work under such exposure.
